Everything about the experience with Fanatical was awesome, even the price! I only left out a star because of the selection of Mystery Games was kinda sad. I would still use Fanatical for future purchases of titles I know I want and is on their list. I might give the Mystery Games bundle a try again in awhile to see if they're any better, but I will stick mostly to getting what I know I want.
Fanatical spammed my emailaccount eager to get a review. Well here it is!
From being pretty good in terms of Bundlevalue they became an absolut scam - praising 15 dollar premium bundles to include AAA-Games and 99,9% of all keys in there are AAA from 2015 or meh Indiegames.
Sometimes you can get a decent deal on a bundle but overall nearly everything they put together can be bought much cheaper in single keys from keysellers.
But one thing Fanatical always did: delivered working keys (so far).
Watch closely ...dont let yourself rob!

Trustworthy as far as I can tell. Keys were good. Paying with PayPal flagged my account is the negative here.
Bank called immediately got it handled purchase went through and I even made a second purchase some time later same method and no flags that time.
This is something I've seen before on similar sites so don't be worried if it happens to you.

the free keys given away through mystery bundles arent that good. lots not even playable. overall the sales are good
Great selection of games, but the downloading and actual playing of the games was the least intuitive thing I’ve done in a long time. It took me over an hour from selecting my games to the time I could actually play them, including downloading third party software. I had to get a friend to help me.
I had attempted to purchase an item as a present for someone, to which I realized I had bought the wrong type. Literally no more than 30seconds went by for me to request the order be cancelled and not shipped.
Its a bit ridiculous that before anything even ships, an order can't be cancelled? I had to go through the entire shipping process, getting the order I wanted cancelled, then going to your twitter page requesting a label to print, repackaging everything, etc. This process has been a nightmare and took weeks distress just to get my a refund.
Additionally, how is it there is no customer support e-mail or website to upload
Great site, the one sad side is "mystery bundle" using recycled games :(
i can buy cheaper games but sometime i get the repeated game in a mysterious bunddle
